キャンセルポリシーCancellation Policy
24時間前までにご連絡ください24-Hour Notice Required
予約の変更、キャンセルは24時間前までにお電話にて連絡をお願いいたします。ご連絡なく来院されなかった場合は、No-Show Feeが発生いたします。
Changes or cancellations require 24-hour advance notice by phone. Patients who fail to notify the clinic will be charged a No-Show Fee.
